Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want subscribing to Qawmpass to feel as trustworthy as the app itself. Here is exactly how trials, cancellation, and refunds work.

Your 14-day free trial

Every family starts with a 14-day free trial with full access. We collect your card at signup but charge nothing until day 15. Cancel any time during the trial — it takes two clicks from the parents page — and your card is never charged. One free trial per family.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancel online at any time, with no fees, no phone call, and no hoops:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your family keeps access until then. We'll confirm your cancellation by email. Deleting your data is a separate choice, always available from the parents page.

Our 7-day money-back guarantee

If you subscribe and decide within 7 days of your first charge that Qawmpass isn't right for your family, email email@rihlah.tech (or reply to your receipt) and we'll refund that charge in full — no questions asked. Combined with the trial, that's 21 risk-free days.

Renewals

Refunds beyond the guarantee

Refund requests outside the windows above are considered case by case — write to us; we're reasonable people. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. Where consumer-protection law in your state gives you additional rights, those rights are not limited by this policy.

About the charge on your statement

Our payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company) as merchant of record, so charges appear as LEMSQZY* QAWMPASS. If you don't recognize a charge, email us before disputing it with your bank — we can usually resolve it the same day.
